Who needs to approve it?
When you've completed your application form you need to get it verified by your Commanding Officer or an authorised delegate.
The delegate is not to be below the rank of Warrant Officer Class 2, or equivalent.
The Commanding Officer or the authorised delegate need to stamp and sign a hard copy of the application form.
All applications must have Unit stamp on them.
