DVA is committed to best practice in the Scheme Administration of DHOAS, to ensure effective management of the Scheme and the provision of quality services to our clients.
Following a rigorous Certification Audit by SAI Global, in 2009 the Scheme was awarded the internationally recognised accreditation, AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008.
This accreditation entitles us to display the red "five ticks" logo, as a symbol to you of our Quality Management System and excellence in governance and client service.
To retain our accreditiation, regular audits are conducted to check that we have maintained our high standards and continued to identify areas of ongoing improvement.
