Cyclone Alfred impact on DHOAS Contact Centre

The DHOAS Contact Centre is located in South East Queensland.

Due to the impact of Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred, the office will be closed on Monday 10th March.

Our staff will be working remotely to support the veteran and ADF community whilst the office is closed. This support may be impacted in the event of power outages and by ongoing weather conditions. If you are unable to reach us on our contact number 1300 434 627, you can still send us an email at dhoas@dva.gov.au and we will endeavour to get back to you, as soon as we are able to do so.

Clients can still use the DHOAS website to access eligibility and entitlement information, fact sheets and forms.
