PMKeyS Systems Outage 17 – 27 July 2026

All Defence PMKeyS environments will be unavailable from 1500h (AEST) Friday 17 July 2026 to approximately 0900h (AEST) Monday 27 July 2026 inclusive.

Impact on DHOAS

When applying for a Subsidy Certificate, you are required to submit a current copy of your ADO Service Record (long version).  Current serving and former Defence members will not be able to obtain a current copy of their ADO Service Record (long version) during this reduced service period.

Please account for potential delays to the processing of your Application for Subsidy Certificate until you are able to provide the necessary service evidence.
