Subsidised Loan Limits 2022-23

The Subsidised Loan Limits (SLLs) are updated each financial year to reflect 40% (Tier 1), 60% (Tier 2), and 80% (Tier 3) of the national weighted average housing price (NWAHP) in Australia.

This is to ensure that the SLLs stay relevant to the current housing market. For the 2022-23 financial year, there is an increase to the NWAHP therefore, the SLLs will increase. These figures are now available on the DHOAS homepage.
