The DHOAS team are aware of rumours circulating that the Scheme may be closing or significantly changing later this year. This is simply not true.

If you have been told this rumour in your discussions with any bankers, please let us know.

The Scheme is here for your benefit and we will always try to ensure that you receive accurate information. Please be careful with anyone giving misleading information.

The Average House Price for DHOAS and Subsidised Loan Limits for each of the three subsidy tiers have been determined for 2016-17.  The new amounts will be used to calculate subsidies that commence from 1 July 2016. What happens if you don't contact us? 

Your Reserve service requirements for DHOAS will be reviewed between April and July 2016 and we will contact you.
