It is your responsibility to ensure you understand and meet the conditions of accessing DHOAS. 

When you receive your subsidy certificate you are also sent a copy of Your Obligations When Accessing DHOAS, which covers the key scheme requirements that all DHOAS recipients must comply with. Your approval email advises you to read this document.
