Each month, the median interest rate used to calculate your DHOAS subsidy payment can fluctuate in line with changes to Australia's home loan rates. These tables list the median interest rates used to calculate your subsidy. Select the financial year within which payment of your subsidy commenced. Please note that these tables only go back as far as December 2012.
