2014-2015 Subsidised Loan Limits

The subsidised loan limits for each of the three tier levels are currently under review, and new limits are expected to be published shortly based on changes to the Average House Price. This review is conducted at the end of each financial year to determine the limits for the next financial year.

The 2014-2015 subsidised loan limits will apply to new DHOAS subsidy payments which commence after 1 July 2014. You are advised to monitor the DHOAS website for the release of the revised loan limits so you can determine the loan limit that will apply to you.
